Mission

The mission of the Flint Jewish Federation is to sustain and protect our local community of Jews; to assure that the material, social, psychological, cultural and educational needs of its members are adequately met; to fulfill its obligations towards Israel, and to foster the sense of Klal Yisroel so that each individual Jew feels responsible for the sustenance and survival of the local, the national, and the international community of Jews. This volunteer organization fulfills its mission through philanthropic acts, dissemination of information, and coordination of individual efforts.
